My Career so far

I have worked with the world's largest youth run organization for 4 years. My roles include Country CEO (Nepal), CFO, DPO, etc. I have always been an achiever and often overshoot my goals. I have managed and executed budgets as big as 50,000 USD. I have gotten 40,000 USD + in sales for the organization and have made it GDPR compliant from 0 to 100% in 4 months. I have also led initiatives like Privacy by Design and other COVID related transformations in the organization. I have led individuals from more than 200 individuals from 10+ different countries.

Post that, I have worked with a transformational organization as Partnerships & Innovation lead. Most notably, I worked for a project funded by one of the largest organizations in the world and helped increasing the usership by almost 200% and executed various partnerships.

I have started 2 podcasts - Jan Tak Show and The Manik Kamra Podcast. Collectively, we could reach out to more than 200,000 people and released more than 50 episodes (Video + Audio).

I have also worked for organizations like Sportify Nepal, ComunitiLab, Vidya Poshak, Sakonsa, etc.
